I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The traditional style was beautiful, but there were some areas that could be improved like adding more amenities in the rooms. Overall, it was pretty good without being exceptional.

The rooms were still not clean to the standard of a 3-star let alone a 4-star. Some additional amenities like a full-length mirror, a coffee kettle, and power points near the bed would have been nice. However, the traditional style was beautiful.

The staff were very helpful at booking intercity transportation and were friendly and attentive to our needs. They even went the extra mile by providing umbrellas and recommendations when the restaurant was closed.

The location was excellent, making it easy for us to explore Istanbul Old City. We could walk to all the attractions in Sultanahmet and the tram stop. Special thanks to Mr Kerem and Mr Murat for their helpful recommendations.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were always clean, refreshed, and spacious with a stunning terrace view where I enjoyed relaxing evenings with a cup of tea. It's located incredibly close to the main attractions in the old city and even arranged a 4:45 am airport pick-up for me. The experience was truly worth every penny.
